SKIN TESTING POLICY
All new colour clients must book for a skin test and consultation before a colour service is booked.
Before all future appointments, you will be asked a few questions to determine if you require a new skin test.
You will be asked to skin test again if there has been a change in health, medical history, any allergies developed, henna tattoos, permanent/semi permanent make-up, change of hair colour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give 48+hrs notice if you need to cancel. After this time a 50% charge of the service booked will be charged. Less than 24hrs notice or failure to turn up to your appointment, 100% of the service booked will be charged.
No further appointment will be made until this payment is received. A 50% deposit may also be required for future booking.
