Please note:
I work alongside another stylist on Wednesdays and Fridays. While the atmosphere remains calm and professional, clients who prefer a very quiet or fully 1ā1 experience may prefer to book on an alternative day.
Skin Testing Policy
⢠**All new colour clients** must book a skin test and consultation before any colour service can be booked.
⢠Before future colour appointments, you will be asked a few questions to determine whether a new skin test is required.
⢠A new skin test will be required if there has been any change to:
ā Health or medical history
ā Allergies
ā Use of henna tattoos
ā Permanent or semi-permanent make-up
ā Hair colour or colour history
Colour services cannot be carried out without a valid skin test, in line with manufacturer and insurance requirements.
Cancellation & Booking Policy
⢠A minimum of 48 hoursā notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
⢠Cancellations made between 24ā48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked.
⢠Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointment, will be charged 100% of the service booked.
As a 1ā1 appointment-based salon, late cancellations and no-shows result in lost time that cannot be re-filled.
⢠No future appointments can be made until any outstanding balance is paid.
⢠A 50% deposit may be required to secure future bookings.
