Silent & Quieter Appointments

If you would prefer a quieter or more relaxed appointment, including a silent appointment, please let me know.

Please note:
I work alongside another stylist on Wednesdays and Fridays. While the atmosphere remains calm and professional, clients who prefer a very quiet or fully 1–1 experience may prefer to book on an alternative day.

Skin Testing Policy

• **All new colour clients** must book a skin test and consultation before any colour service can be booked.
• Before future colour appointments, you will be asked a few questions to determine whether a new skin test is required.
• A new skin test will be required if there has been any change to:
– Health or medical history
– Allergies
– Use of henna tattoos
– Permanent or semi-permanent make-up
– Hair colour or colour history

Colour services cannot be carried out without a valid skin test, in line with manufacturer and insurance requirements.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointment, will be charged 100% of the service booked.

As a 1–1 appointment-based salon, late cancellations and no-shows result in lost time that cannot be re-filled.

• No future appointments can be made until any outstanding balance is paid.
• A 50% deposit may be required to secure future bookings.
